Radiomics on peritumoral edema of glioblastoma patients

Collection of 114 patients diagnosed with glioblastoma. Patient IDs starting with 'S' are patients retrieved from the author's institution; IDs starting with 'T' were retrieved from the Cancer Imaging Archive. Resection indicates type of surgical resection where 1 is gross total resection and 2 is all other resections including subtotal and partial resection. MGMT 1 indicates positive MGMT methylation. Time and status indicate overall survival time and death (1) or alive (0), respectively. Columns starting with 'original_' indicate radiomic features extracted. <br>
