This is a concatenated dataset of 28S rDNA, 18S rDNA, 16S rDNA, and cytochrome <i>c</i> oxidase subunit I (COI) sequences used for molecular phylogenetic analyses conducted by Tsuyuki et al. (2024). The partitions of genes are following:<br>28S rDNA = 1-960<br>18S rDNA = 961-269616S rDNA = 2697-3061<br>COI = 3062-3773Before concatenating the sequences of the four genes, the sequences of 28S rDNA, 18S rDNA, and 16S rDNA were aligned using MAFFT ver.7.427 (Katoh <i>et al.</i> 2017), with the FFT-NS-i strategy selected by “Auto” option, then trimmed using Clipkit ver. 1.0 using the “kpic” option (Steenwyk <i>et al.</i> 2020). The sequence of COI was manually aligned and not trimmed. The OTUs included in this dataset are shown in Tsuyuki et al. (2024).
