In this background, this study constructs different FEFEFKFK self-assembling peptides (FEK8) concentration of Hydrogel (Self-assembling peptide hydrogel, SAPH) and contain different (FEFEFKFK)2K (FEK17) proportion of compound SAPH (F, Phenylalanine; E, glutamic acid; K, lysine), and the physicochemical properties of several polypeptide hydrogels were characterized, and the ability of polypeptide hydrogels to repair tendon and bone integration was verified by cell experiments in vitro and animal experiments in vivo.
