The effect of Kresoxim-methyl on tobacco phyllosphere microbial community

To investigate the effect of Kresoxim-methyl on the tobacco phyllosphere microbial community during the control of tobacco brown spot disease. We sprayed Kresoxim-methyl in tobacco fields where there was an outbreak of tobacco brown spot, and tobacco leaf (symptomatic and asymptomatic) samples were collected on the day of spraying and on days 5, 10, and 15 after spraying. Finally, collected samples were used to detect microbial communities using high-throughput sequencing technology.
