In order to understand the physical origin of strong magnetic field of neutron stars we propose to observe three binary pulsars 1E1145.1-6164 4U 1145-619 and GX 301-2 in search for or confirmation of electron cyclotron resonance effects. Furthermore to understand the physics of cyclotron higher harmonics we propose to observe Her X-1 and Cen X-3. Her X-1 is to be observed with a staring mode for 80 ksec while the remaining four pulsars are to be observed simultaneously for 200 ksec under a 5X5 dithering mode. [truncated!
