FROH values were calculated by Bertolini et al. (2018) for the set of AdaptMap goat populations. Breed code including breed name, subregions of provenance, observed heterozygosity (HO), expected heterozygosity (He) values, average fraction of the genome that contains ROH (FROH) and distance (km) from Ganj Dareh.
