Effect of nimodipine on gene expression during TGF-ß induced fibrotic phenotype switching of human orbital fibroblasts

To investigate the effects of nimodipine on TGF-ß induced fibrotic phenotype switching of human orbital fibroblasts, we performed the RNA sequencing of human orbital fibroblasts (OFs) derived from Graves' ophthalmopathy (GO) patients and co-cultured with TGF-ß for 24 hours,with or without nimodipine pretreatment. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for human orbital fibroblasts (OFs) co-cultured with TGF-ß for 24 hours,with or without nimodipine pretreatment.
