Raw Data from from Concentric Cylinder Measurements (Di Fiore and Vona)

This worksheet provides a summary table of the experimental runs, listing the specific Cooling Rate and Shear Rate applied associated with the dataset. Specifically, the table reports the six experimental conditions resulting from the combination of the two investigated cooling rates (0.1 and 0.5 °C/min) with the three applied shear rates (1, 5, and 10 s-1). In the “Raw Data” worksheet are reported the data obtained from the Cooling Deformations Experiments: Experimental Temperature, Experimental Time, Measured Apparent Viscosity. In addition, the Normalized Viscosity data are also reported.
