资源简介:
This randomized clinical trial aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Janda Approach in managing Text Neck Syndrome (TNS) among college students. TNS, a condition resulting from prolonged use of mobile devices and poor posture, leads to neck pain and dysfunction. The study compares the impact of Janda’s Approach, which includes dynamic isometric exercises, spinal stabilization, and sensorimotor training, with conventional treatment methods like hot packs and neck isometric exercises. The trial will assess pain, cervical range of motion, and neck disability through various outcome measures to determine the potential benefits of Janda’s approach in alleviating symptoms and improving function in college students suffering from TNS. The study seeks to explore whether the Janda Approach is more effective than conventional treatment in reducing pain, improving cervical range of motion, and enhancing neck function in college students suffering from Text Neck Syndrome.
