N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) methylation is one of the most abundant and most well-studied epitranscriptomic modifications in RNA. As an m6A writer, METTL3 is a critical mRNA methyltransferase, which plays vital roles in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by modulating the expression of kinds of RNAs. Thus, we attempted to identify the METTL3-regulated RNAs in HCC cells by overexpressing METTL3 in Hep3B cells.
