RealDet is a large-scale and comprehensive benchmark dataset for AI-generated text detection. It covers 15 distinct textual domains across 6 representative writing tasks, far exceeding prior datasets. RealDet incorporates generations from 22 powerful LLMs (both black-box and white-box models). The dataset is bilingual (Chinese and English) and additionally includes adversarially perturbed texts through paraphrasing and editing attacks, making it more reflective of realistic detection scenarios.
