The dataset includes the minimal data and variable description to reproduce the results reported in "Tomei, Studer, and Gmel (2025). Perceived social support according to the type and number of addictions. Submitted to PLOS One". Please note that variable "Add_type" includes values from repondents with a single addiction. As a consequence, the missing data for "Add_type" correspond to participants with multiple addictions.
