Characterization of the OSM in different mouse models E1

These are metagenomic shotgun sequencing reads generated from ocular surface swabs in three different mouse models. These mouse models differ in their microbial colonization, germ free (GF) are sterile, stable defined moderately diverse mouse microbiota (sDMDMm2) are colonized with a set of 12 specific bacteria and specific pathogen free (SPF) are uncontrolled colonized but exclude a list of specified bacteria. Negative extraction controls (NC) were included to define contaminating species. Additionaly, swabs from the fur and skin microbiome (_Fur) were collected.
