Small RNA sequencing was conducted to identify the miRNAs responsible for AR using exosomes isolated from the nasal lavage (NAL) fluid of the control (n=9) and AR patient groups (n=8). Overall design: To identify the miRNAs responsible for AR, we conducted small RNA sequencing using exosomal RNAs isolated from the NAL fluid of control subjects (n = 9) or patients with AR (n = 8).
