RNA-seq analysis was performed to study the effect of cardiomyocyte-specific CDC14a RNA interference on gene expression in the TM54 (Myh6-Tpm1*E54K) mouse dilated cardiomyopathy model. Overall design: Heart RNA was extracted from wildtype and TM54 mice transduced with AAV9-directed cardiac-specific expression of CDC14a or control shRNA and sequenced for gene expression analysis. 3-6 mice per cohort were analyzed.
