National effort to characterise the genomes of SARS-CoV-2 throughout the pandemic in Denmark to assist in data driven public health policies including accessing population dynamics, outbreak investigations, vaccine effectiveness and the modelling of transmissibility. This sub-study contains additional files (runs, experiments) attached to samples submitted to PRJEB49401 as this project exceeded the maximum number of 500,000 objects.
