林木純露生物活性與市場接受度分析 (3/3), The bioactivity and market acceptance of aromatic hydrosols from trees(3/3)

本年度針對檜木葉純露進行性質分析，測定各項生物活性，並針對不同環境進行保存性的探討，消除直接塗抹皮膚或飲用純露的疑慮，並分析潛在消費者對純露之顏色、氣味、味道等不同知覺感受，以消費端做為產品開發依據，副產物的開發利用可提高精油工業的產值與市場，提高林農造林的意願。This study is intended as a investigation of the hydrosols of cypress tree(Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana, Chamaecyparis formosensis ) in Taiwan. The hydrosols commonly are used to lotion and drink. For avoidance of doubt, we will determine the biological activity and the preservation exploring in different environments. To analysis of market acceptance, potential consumers experience through color, smell, taste by using hydrosols of cypress tree, as the basis for product development. The development and utilization of by-products Increase the added value of essential oil and enhances the motivation of planting.
