The Tokyo 2020 Paralympics concluded with the People's Republic of China winning a total of 207 medals, followed by Great Britain and the Russian Paralympic Committee with 124 and 118 medals respectively. Together with the Tokyo Olympics, the Paralympic Games had been postponed for one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
