To create all tables and figures run in STATA the do file \"do_files/ReplicationMain.do\". It uses datasets in the \"/data\" folder. For smooth replication, change accordingly the path where all the files are in line 11 of the ReplicationMain.do (global path \"~/replication_package/\") and create folders named \"graphs\" and \"tables\" within that same path.
