Raw data of 16S rRNA sequencing from mouse stools

In order to detect the influence of B. lactis XLTG11 on the structure, species richness and composition of the intestinal flora in the CTX mice, we collected the feces of three groups of mice and performed the 16S rRNA sequencing to analyze gut microbiota.
