Sequencing data from the NCI-MATCH concordance study

NCI-MATCH, the largest precision medicine initiative to date, used a network of 26 outside academic and commercial laboratories to refer patients to the trial when the central screening phase ended. Participating outside laboratories were required to submit an application to become part of the network. The last phase of the application process was a concordance study. In the concordance study, all labs were sent the same set of cell lines and clinical samples and the results of individual labs were compared to the central laboratory assay, Oncomine Comprehensive Assay v3. Bam files from the central laboratory test have been deposited in SRA. Processed data files showing individual lab results from the concordance study are deposited in dbVAR.
