BPNSFS dataset

Participant consent to participate in this research was obtained through signed Participant Information Sheet and Consent Form declarations. Research approval was given by the Psychology Cross-Training for Theologians Fellowship at the University of Birmingham, UK. Ethics approval for the research was given from the Queen's Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education, Birmingham, UK.Participants completed an amended version of the 'Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction and Frustration Scale (BPNSFS), 3.2.1.4, "Work"', which replaced 'work' with 'DSP' (Doctoral Support Project) and 'colleagues' with PSG (Peer Support Group), online, using Qualtrics. Data were analysed using SPSS.Van der Kaap-Deeder, Jolene, Bart Soenens, Richard M.
