Complete Genome Sequence of Deep-Sea Denitrifier Pseudomonas sp. Strain MT-1 isolated from the depth of 11,000 m. Pseudomonas sp. MT-1

Pseudomonas sp. strain MT-1 is the first-identified deep-sea denitrifier isolated from the mud recovered from the depth of 11,000 m in Mariana Trench. We report the genome sequence of this bacterium, which contribute to the understanding of denitrification and bioenergetics in deep sea.
