Biometec dataset.

The dataset contains the genomic data of 57 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. For each strain, it includes information on the resistance/susceptibility to 15 antimicrobial agents and the presence/absence of 34 resistance genes and 78 virulence genes. In the table, for each strain, a 0 indicates the absence of the specific gene (or susceptibility to the specific antimicrobial agent), while a 1 indicates the presence of the gene (or resistance to the antimicrobial agent).
