The Ocean Serial data in this accession was collected from the Argentine Ocean. Oceanographic Station Data contain physical and chemical oceanographic data recorded at discrete depth levels. The Oceanographic Station Data observations were made using multi-bottle Nansen casts or other types of water samplers. The data from approximately 1200 stations part of Data Center RNODC for Southern Oceans (S OF 50 DEGREES S) containing 415,921 records was submitted to NODC by Dr. Adolfo J g Villanueva of Argentine Oceanographic Data Center, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
