We performed gene expression profiling in the human papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) derived cell line BCPAP harboring BRAFV600E mutation following the treatment with BRAF selective inhibitors. Gene expression was assessed by microarray analysis in BCPAP cells treated for 48 hours with the BRAF selective inhibitors Dabrafenib (2µM) or Vemurafenib (20µM) or with vehicle DMSO as control; three technical replicates per condition were analyzed. Gene profiles were established by Affymetrix Clariom™ S assay (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
