资源简介:
We used long-term climate simulation of Geophysical Fluid Dynamic Laboratory (GFDL) - CM2.1 (Delworth et al., 2006), fully coupled with oceanic biogeochemical (BGC) model – TOPAZv2 (Tracers of Ocean Phytoplankton with Allometric Zooplankton Version 2;Dunne et al., 2013) as the same as that used in (Lim et al., 2021; Oh et al., 2022). We used monthly output from 1000-year long-term control simulation applying a fixed atmospheric CO2 concentration of 353 ppm (1990 level). SCHL and surface nutrient values from the model data were averaged over the upper 30m depth. An El Niño event was defined as the winter season (December - January - February; DJF) index of the Nino3.4 region (Nino3.4 index; 5S-5N / 170W-120W) being greater than 1 standard deviation from the total period, and 176 cases were selected from total 1000-year model simulation.
