Data from 1685 articles on gut microbiota and type 2 diabetes

We conducted a literature search using the WoS core collection database with a literature search cut-off date of April 30, 2023. A total of 3434 records were retrieved, and we excluded 1749 conference abstracts, letters, editorial materials, conference proceedings, corrections, book chapters, news items, retracted publications and retractions, and articles that did not meet the topic, for a total of 1685 records that met the inclusion criteria. We exported the files in plain text from the WoS core collection database, without the use of extra equipment or tools, and without generating tables. The document contains the full record and cited references of each article, which are exported directly for bibliometric research.
