Derived EPIC Symptom-Triad Network Data from Reddit Narratives on Prostate Cancer and Depression

This repository contains all derived network datasets corresponding to the analyses presented in the manuscript: “Depression-associated reconfiguration of EPIC symptom triads in prostate cancer narratives”. The deposited files include: Node lists and edge lists for lexical and EPIC symptom-token co-occurrence networks Weighted triad tables (top-ranked triads) Permutation-test results under paragraph-length–preserving null models Bootstrap stability metrics for triad reproducibility Reconfiguration analyses comparing the full Reddit corpus and the depression-enriched subset Figure-ready processed tables used to generate manuscript figures No raw Reddit text data are included in this repository. The original textual data were obtained from publicly accessible Reddit discussions (https://www.reddit.com) and are not redistributed in accordance with Reddit’s terms of use. All shared materials consist solely of processed, non-identifiable, aggregated network representations.
