Non-outbreak multidrug resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolates from patients and environment in two Dutch intensive care units.

The data contains patient isolates acquired from January 2017 to October 2023. Furthermore, the data contains environment isolates (sink drains, faucet aerators, high-touch sites (medical devices and the patient bedside), sampled from April 2022 to October 2023. The project was performed by the departments of medical microbiology of the Zuyderland Medical Center and the Maastricht University Medical Center. It was in part funded by the Netwerk Acute Zorg Limburg: IP & AMR.
