Anthromes v2 (ArcInfo binary GRID)

GIS data for the global map of Anthropogenic Biomes (version 2) originally published in Ellis et al. (2010). This dataverse is composed of a set of 5 arc minute gridded data for the years 1700, 1800, 1900 and 2000. The ZIP file contains directories for each year with an ArcInfo binary GRID and associated files for use in GIS software. An image (.png) file describing the map legend/symbology is: anthromes_v2_legend.png To view these data in ArcGIS, simply unzip to an accessible directory. Please cite: Ellis, E. C., K.
