Forest reorganization after natural disturbance: a synthesis This repository contains all code and data required to reproduce the analyses for the manuscript “Forest reorganization after natural disturbance: a synthesis”, currently under review. All analyses were performed in R version 4.3.3. Data- 'reorg_review.csv' – Literature-based database summarizing forest reorganization pathways after natural disturbances.Contains all observations extracted from the systematic literature review on forest structural and compositional responses to natural disturbances.Each row corresponds to a single observation from a study (multiple observations may come from the same article if the study reports multiple disturbance agents, locations, or response indicators).- 'delayed_reg.csv' – Detailed dataset on cases of delayed regeneration in post-disturbance forests.Contains the same variables as reorg_review.csv, plus an additional column Indicator_value_post_dist_exact, which reports the actual numerical post-disturbance value (instead of categorical increase/decrease/no change).For a detailed description of the variables, refer to 'medatada.md' Code- 'reorg_review_analysis.R' – Main script for analysis and figure creation (main manuscript and supplement) CitationSuggested citation for the dataset: Lecina-Diaz et al.
