The comparison of Lactobacillus strains functions in restoration of antibiotic-induced dysbiosis

Lactobacillus has been widely proven that it is benefit to gut health and play an important role in physiological metabolism and therapy of disease.My research focus on using different Lactobacillus to promote the ratio of beneficial microbial community and the production of SCFAs after the alterations of gut microbiota and metabolome caused by antibiotic in mice. To investigate the potential mechanism between the different properties of Lactobacillus in restoring of gut microbiota in antibiotic-induced dysbiotic mice, we use Lactobacillus with different properties after oral gavage with ampicillin in mice, and explore the possible mechanism of Lactobacillus on the intestinal recovery.
