Integrated gene annotation and expression table for genome-guided transcriptome analyses of Serrodes campana

This dataset provides an integrated gene annotation and expression table for genome-guided transcriptome analyses of Serrodes campana. The table was generated by combining gene-level expression estimates across 12 developmental-stage and tissue samples with genome annotation and functional annotation information. The dataset includes:(1) gene IDs;(2) functional annotation summaries;(3) SwissProt-supported annotation descriptions;(4) gene symbols;(5) expression values across 12 RNA-seq samples. The 12 samples include egg, larva, female pupa, male pupa, female adult body, male adult body, two female antennal replicates, two male antennal replicates, female terminal abdominal gland tissue, and male terminal abdominal coremata. This integrated table was used for candidate-gene screening, annotation inspection, and expression-based visualization in the associated transcriptome study of S. campana. The reference genome assembly associated with this dataset is available at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under accession JBVVXX000000000 (version JBVVXX010000000).
