Long non-coding RNA ENSMUST00000197208 promotes a shift in the Th17/Treg ratio via the P2X7R-NLRP3 inflammasome axis in collagen-induced arthritis

This study aims to define the role of long non-coding RNA ENSMUST00000197208 (lncRNA ENSMUST00000197208) and the P2X7R-NLRP3 inflammasome axis in Th17/Treg cell differentiation, then clarifying the pathological significance and regulatory mechanisms in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of spleen cells of CIA mice and healthy mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for spleen cells of CIA mice and healthy mice.
