Influence of Thickness and Surface Recombination on Silicon Solar Cell Performance: A PC1D Study

This data accompanies the paper "Influence of Thickness and Surface Recombination Velocity on Silicon Solar Cell Performance: A PC1D Study." It includes the full PC1D simulation input matrix with base thickness variations (150–350 µm), front and rear interface surface recombination velocities (10¹–10⁶ cm/s), and bulk carrier lifetimes (1–1000 µs). The dataset also includes verified simulation output (Voc, Jsc, FF, and η) and reproducibility documentation. The files enable researchers to reproduce and build upon the silicon solar cell optimization method analysis.
