Using CLIP-seq, hm5C RIP-seq, and small RNA-seq, we show that TET2 binds to tRNAs in mouse embryonic stem cells at sites enriched for hm5C. Loss of TET2 causes decreased hm5C on tRNAs and abrogation of all TET activity led to changes in 5' and 3' tRNA fragments. This series includes samples for three experiments: CLIP-seq (two biological replicates each for two independent His-HA-TET2 clones plus input controls); RIP-seq (two biological replicates each for hm5C RIP-seq and input controls); and small RNA-seq (three biological replicates each from WT, E14, and 2 independent sets of replicates for Tet2 KO).
