We collected samples from ectopic fermentation bed, and then investigated the dynamic changes of bacteria. We found that microbial composition and diversity were interacted with fermentation environment and parameters, and management of physicochemical factors and microorganism could contribute to maturation efficiency and quality promotion during dairy manure ectopic fermentation.
