SOVEREIGN RIGHTS, DISCLOSURE & ENFORCEMENT LICENSE (SRDEL-Ω / 2026) 1. Absolute Ownership All right, title, and interest in this work (the “Work”), including without limitation all copyrights, patent rights, trade secret rights, database rights, moral rights, neighboring rights, and any other intellectual or proprietary rights, are and shall remain exclusively and perpetually owned by the Author. No assignment, transfer, or license is granted except as expressly and narrowly stated herein. 2. Limited Purpose of Public Disclosure The Work is disclosed publicly solely for: academic inspection, independent verification, citation as prior art, and non-commercial scholarly discussion. Public availability does not constitute: public domain dedication, implied consent, waiver of rights, or permission for reuse. 3. Explicit Prohibitions (Strict Liability) The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Author, regardless of intent, scale, or modification: Commercial use, monetization, or revenue-linked deployment Sale, resale, licensing, sublicensing, or bundling Use in proprietary, closed-source, or mixed-license systems Use in AI or ML systems, including but not limited to: training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, embedding, dataset aggregation, retrieval-augmented generation, model distillation, synthetic data generation Scraping, indexing, mirroring, or corpus inclusion Creation of derivative works, adaptations, translations, or extensions Use in patents, patent applications, standards bodies, or technical specifications Use by corporations, institutions, governments, military, or intelligence entities Violation is deemed willful infringement. 4. No Derivatives / No Modification The Work may not be modified, transformed, reverse-engineered, translated, summarized, abstracted, or partially reused in any form. Any transformation, including mathematical restatement or architectural re-expression, constitutes a derivative work. 5. Patent Retaliation & Prior-Art Trap Any entity that: incorporates the Work into a patent, references it in a filing, or derives claims materially informed by it automatically and irrevocably forfeits any license, express or implied, and grants the Author a royalty-free, perpetual license to any related patent claims worldwide. 6. Automatic Termination Any violation of this license results in: immediate, automatic, and irreversible termination of all permissions, and retroactive classification of all access as unauthorized. No notice or opportunity to cure is required. 7. Liquidated Damages & Remedies Unauthorized use triggers liquidated damages of no less than USD $250,000 per violation, or all gross revenues derived, whichever is greater, per infringing entity, in addition to: injunctive relief, seizure of infringing materials, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of legal fees and costs. 8. Audit & Discovery Rights The Author reserves the right to compel forensic audit, discovery, and disclosure of systems, datasets, logs, and training records to verify compliance. Refusal constitutes presumptive infringement. 9. No Waiver / No Estoppel Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. No course of conduct, silence, or publication shall give rise to estoppel or implied rights. 10. Governing Law, Venue & Survival This license shall be governed exclusively by the laws chosen by the Author, with venue and jurisdiction designated at the Author’s sole discretion. Sections concerning ownership, prohibitions, enforcement, damages, and audit survive perpetually. 11.
