The aim of this study is to explore the effects of L. casei Zhang on renal injury Overall design: we orally gavaged male C57BL/6 mice with or without L. casei Zhang (Lac.z) for 4 weeks (1Ã10^9 CFU per day) prior to being subjected to ischemia-reperfusion (I/R)-induced injury, and the mice were killed on day 5,14,28 after injury. we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) of kidney samples dissected from these mice.
