2015-2020年在天目山-黄山及仙霞岭-武夷山四个区域各建立50个1平方公里的可供长期监测的样地，数据主要包括：调查单元名称、样地编号、样地小地名，调查单位，调查日期，调查人，植被类型，土地利用类型，人为活动情况，野生动物活动情况，土壤类型，样方经纬度，海拔，物种中文名，株数，株高，冠幅或盖度。
From 2015 to 2020, 50 permanent 1-square-kilometer monitoring plots were established in each of the four regions: Tianmu Mountain-Huangshan Mountain, and Xianxia Range-Wuyi Mountains. The collected data mainly include: name of the survey unit, plot number, local place name of the plot, survey institution, survey date, investigators, vegetation type, land use type, status of anthropogenic activities, status of wildlife activities, soil type, longitude and latitude of the quadrat, elevation, Chinese common name of the recorded species, number of individuals, plant height, crown width or vegetation coverage.
