CBX2 regulates the tumor immune microenvironment of high grade serous carcinoma. Through genetic knockdown and overexpression, we discovered that CBX2 regulates immune regulated genes, promotes macrophage polarization, and phagocytosis. Overall design: CRISPR/Cas9 was used to knockout CBX2 in OVCAR4 cells and two clonal populations were isolated. The gene expression profiles of OVCAR4 parental and a CBX2 knockout cell lines were compared using RNAseq with two replicates for each.
