Overall design: There are 5 sets of data in this study, as follows: (1) 50 pairs of transcriptomes from 50 patients covering 9 types of cancer (2) H3K36me3 ChIP-seq data from HeLa cells with the normal PTB expression and with shRNA knockdown of PTB. 4 pairs (input as controls) (3) PTB ChIP-seq data from HeLa cells with the normal PTB expression. 2 pairs (input as controls) (4) 9 transcriptomes of control HeLa cells and those treated with anti-PTB and anti-PKM2 oligos (5) 9 transcriptomes of control tumor tissues from control, and those treated with anti-PTB and anti-PKM2 oligos
