Share of online shoppers who used COD shipping Vietnam 2017-2022

As surveyed in 2022, around 70 percent of online shoppers in Vietnam chose cash on delivery (COD) as their shipping and payment method. COD has been the most popular payment method for online shopping in Vietnam despite the emergence of other cashless payment methods.
