Single-cell nucleus ATAC sequencing on colorectal tumor and adjacent nonmalignant tissues

Single-cell ATAC sequencing data were collected from 24 colorectal tumor and 9 adjacent nonmalignant tissues pooled into 15 libraries. This dataset was generated to investigate the global chromatin accessibility profiles of epithelial, stromal, and immune cells in the colorectal cancer microenvironment. Information on the donors, tissues, libraries, and demultiplexed barcodes are provided in the supplementary data of the cited paper. Overall design: Single-cell chromatin accessibility profiling by high throughput sequencing
