Supplementary data on mean differences in connection strength between MDD and control subjects across frequency bands. The rows of the table correspond to the connections (edges) between nodes. For each frequency band, the columns report the following measures: the Pearson correlation between edge coherence and MDD status; the Student t-test statistic and p-value; the fold change defined as mean value in MDD cases divided by the mean value in controls; the mean value in the first group (i.e., MDD cases) and the corresponding standard error; and, the value for the Kruskal Wallis test, which is a non-parametric group comparison test that does not assume normality. The q-value represents the expected False Discovery Rate (FDR), controlled with the local FDR method/algorithm [111].
