Transcriptome profile in RAW264.7 cells in response to the polysaccharide from the roots of Actinidia eriantha (AEPS)

Recent studies have reported the activation of macrophages by the polysaccharide from the roots of Actinidia eriantha (AEPS). This study aims to explore the potential role of mRNAs and lncRNAs in AEPS-activated macrophages. Total RNA was prepared from RAW264.7 macrophage cells treated with or without AEPS (50 μg/ml) for 4 hours (n=3 replicates per condition).
