Genome-wide transcriptomic and epigenomic study of DHA in rat hypothalamus and hippocampus [RRBS]

To investigate the effects of DHA (an omega-3 fatty acid) on brain dysfunction and metabolic disorders by sequencing the transcriptome (RNA-Seq) and epigenome (RRBS) in the hypothalamus and hippocampus of male SD rats.本研究通过对雄性SD大鼠的下丘脑与海马体进行转录组（RNA-Seq）及表观基因组（RRBS）测序，探究二十二碳六烯酸（DHA，一种ω-3脂肪酸）对脑功能障碍与代谢紊乱的影响。
