Bibliogaphic Data for Smart Packaging and IoT Integration

This dataset provides a bibliographic compilation of research articles focused on the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) and digital technologies in smart packaging systems for the food industry. The data was extracted from two major research databases, Scopus and Web of Science, and merged using Bibliometrix in R Studio to provide a comprehensive overview of relevant literature in the field. The dataset includes metadata such as paper titles, authors, publication dates, DOIs, and key themes such as food safety, packaging innovations, and the role of IoT in improving food traceability and minimizing waste.
