Zoysia japonica full-length transcriptome. Zoysia japonica

This study provided a full-length reference transcriptome of Z. japonica with PacBio-single-molecule long read sequencing for the first time. Those results contribute our knowledge of the transcriptome and improved the annotation of the reference genome of Z. japonica.
